Desired QualifiCATIONs
North Central Connecticut Psychotherapy is seeking youth and family-focused mental health clinicians to work in our Suffield office. The preferred clinician will be asked to:
· Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
· Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.
· Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.
· Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.
· Perform individual and intake assessments.
· Collaborate with other health care providers.
· Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work.
